Would you like to help prepare the Thanksgiving feast at Smith Hall?

This is our plan:
Wednesday (the day before Thanksgiving):
-Peel potatoes for mashing
-Prepare the squash
-Prepare the green bean casserole (so good!)
-Make the cranberry relish
-Make apple and pumpkin pies
-Arrange the vegetable trays
Thursday (Thanksgiving morning):
-Heat the squash
-Cook the green bean casserole
-Prepare to serve the meal
